What is Javaport?
Javaport is a Vancouver based coffee service that partners with local roasters to give you a quality cup of bean to cup coffee. Our machines are installed free of charge at offices, community centres, schools, and any other workplaces/venues, we only charge you for the coffee you drink!
Is there an installation fee?
Nope! Our machines are simply a great vessel for giving you quality coffee. We do not sell the machines and therefore installation is free of charge.
Is there a maintenance fee?
Nope! Our machines are simply a great vessel for giving you consistent, quality coffee. In order to do that we ensure the machine is frequently well-stocked and well-maintained free of charge.
How much is it to have Javaport in my workplace?
Price varies depending on the quantity volumes. If you are going by our pay per cup option, you can expect an average of $.75 cents to $1 for a drink. Prices also vary based on the type of coffee such as espresso, Americano, Latte or Mocha. That’s better value than lining up at a busy coffee shop for something that can be double our price and may not be consistent depending on who’s working.
What kind of payment options are there?
Besides our pay per cup option, we have over 10 different payment structures for you to choose from. Contact us to learn more about the right payment structure for you.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Nope! Flexible pricing structure, exceptional service, and quality coffee is what Javaport prides itself on. We understand it can be difficult to commit to a set two, three, or more year contract, so we don’t force you to. Ask us about our pay per cup option for a pricing structure that is pay-for-what-you-want.
You sure there is no hidden fees?
Nope! We just want to give you great coffee. Don’t like our coffee or our service? Walk away any time and we will come pick up the machine. No contracts to lock into and make you pay for more than just coffee.
What drink options can I get?
We offer Mochaccino, Cappuccino, Latte, Americano, Espresso, Hot Chocolate, and more. And if you’re in the mood for seasonal beverages (i.e. Pumpkin Spice Lattes or Peppermint Mocha) let us know and we can make that happen too.
What makes you better than the other coffee machine/services out there?
We can’t really speak for other companies, but we aim to give you the best, most flexible experience. That means no contract, no maintenance fee, no installation fee, a full and seasonal beverage selection, great value pricing, and different machine models to fit the need of your establishment. Choose our desktop model for it’s sleek touchscreen option, our 325 model for a fuller selection in a slim, free standing structure, or our state of the art 525 model that includes vending machine options and photo & video insert to further promote your business or charity association!
How much coffee can each model make?
Our 125 model makes around 90 cups before needing a full refill, 325 model 150 cups, and largest 325 model 220 cups.
How often do the machines need to be refilled?
Pending on usage, and maintenance schedule. Usually once a week.
